Looking for aluminum boat welder near NLR

Hey folks,

So after I hitched up my boat up on the launch the last time, I noticed some stress fractures on my boat. I don't know the nomenclature of the place in question, but it's the hook point where you connect the trailer wench to keep the darn boat on the trailer. This boat/trailer is semi-new to me. I've put her out about two dozen times or so. Not sure if this is a result of the previous owner or of my own ineptitude in wenching the boat too stiffly to the trailer.

Can anybody suggest a place that is familiar with welding on aluminum boats that is fair in price and near NLR?

what year and model boat? I called the manufacturer (Xpress) of mine a couple years ago, and the guy mentione that on my particular year model they were having some issues, and I drove it to Hot Sprngs, they put a reinforcement plate, welded, and painted it up for free. Plus I got a few other issues fixed free of charge while I was there.

Great service at the Xpress factory.

It's a 1992 Waco that I bought from a fellow last year. As it has some age to it, I doubt there are any freebies for it. :)

There is a guy in Levy. Forgot the name. His business is off the main drag by the Kroger. Welded my boat up great.
