Any of you guys know of anything i could use to spray around my Eves and places around roof that would kill or repel these wasps? We are just covered up this spring.

Any of you guys know of anything i could use to spray around my Eves and places around roof that would kill or repel these wasps? We are just covered up this spring.
I don't know of anything to repel them but your common Wasp Spray from Wal-Mart works for me. Make sure all of them are on the nest when you spray it and they will all die, so you don't have to worry about them coming back. Then sweep down the nest and all will be well.
Talstar, I use it a couple times a year around my place. It's also great on fire ants

You can also mix soap and water in tank sprayer. The soap plugs the thorax and will smother the wasps. Plus you can spray from a distance in case you are allergic to stings.
My local garden supply has it. You can google it and get a list of suppliers, or even buy it online.
This talstar stuff will keep them from building to begin with(an ounce of prevention is worth a lb of cure). As for as fire ants I just wet the mound with a mixture of the stuff as soon as I notice them.
I use termite spray I get at my local co-op. It kills them and they wont build back for the rest of the year. Learned the trick from the pest control company spraying my parents home.
