I was wondering if you were spider rigging in windy conditions 15-25 mph use more weight or lighter so baiting will flutter
round more. I would like to know which way is best to keep bait natural looking. i would have wind socks out. Like Realfoot gets rough.
seen fisherman put up to 2 oz weight on to steady lures or minnows, steady is best.A team won a cusa tourney this way. so we went out and bought all the stuff to do it and never have. We dont fish cusa anymore so in weather like that were home.
You definitely want to use heavier weights. This helps keep the bait down, and also the heavier weight will pull against your rods when going over waves and keep baits from bouncing up and down as much.
