Six 15inch crappie today

Attachment 122166 Attachment 122168 Went to Gaston today,caught 39 ,6 was 15 inches or a little more ,caught 2 back to back and lost another ,I lost a few because had to pull fast to keep from warping around post which 2 did and 1 broke off and the other pull lose,had 4 -14 also. The wind was strong which made boat position hard and loss at lease 15 baits but I make them so was not too bad except for trying to tie in that wind. All fish were in water from 1 to 4 feet. I was by my self because wife did not want to go in that wind . I was using a 1/32 in that wind but in shallow water it did not sink fast so I could reel slow. We had more pic but for some reason could not get them on here, by the way I don,t usually keep many fish but friend has been wanting fish so I kept them not knowing how often I can go, got more bad news today ,can,t have surgery have to see 3 dr tomorrow to see what's next now.seams like every few days another dr and still nothing done to stop cancer

This is the best report I've ever heard. Six citations in one day, gave quality info on depth, lure, and retrieve.... I truly believe someone was looking out for ya today... Ill keep you in my prayers Gene.

Good grief..I have never seen such. A great day for sure, Gene. Doris & I are praying that the doctors at Duke give you some good news tomorrow. In the mean time keep reeling in those monsters.

My mom's battling cancer right now, she's giving it one hell of a fight. I truly hope you get better, I just prayed for you. NICE FISH too!

Super report on the fish, we could have used one of them big ones last Saturday for sure. Hopefully you will hear some good news from the doctors today as well. You and Elaine are in our prayers.

Good catch Gene you are the man, good luck with the Doctors, and could you take a picture of some of your jigs, I think that is the coolest thing making your own Jigs.
