Cold Front/kentucky lake
Hey guys, I do alot of lurking on here, but I wanted to get your take on how you think the fishing will be friday and saturday post cold front. I fish North Ketucky lake and am assuming the crappie will get lockjaw for a couple of days. Thanks for any input and hope to meet some of you sometime.

Not necessarily. You can't catch 'em if you're not out there. Crappie are staging to get it on. A couple of days of cooler weather isn't going to put that off.

Thanks for the reply mrdux, I will head down and give it a try.

The shallow bite may slow some but there are still deeper fish at this stage, that won't be as affected by the lower temps. Just move out some.
This rain will stain the water some and it will soak up what sun there is. Plus the incoming water/rain will probably be warmer than what's in the lake now.
