Thanks to Handicrappie I started with a 125 gallon chemical tank. We cut the top out of it with a reciprocating saw. Then over a three day period, I washed and rinsed and soaked it with 1 1/2 gallons of amonia several times.

Hooked up a Whitewater LT-11 Linear Air Pump To a 5.2" air stone; both bought from Aquasythe.com for $69.95 and $7.95 respectively.

Then connected a Fluval External Filter bought from Amazon.com for $159.68.

I feed them 15-20 pellets of Trophy Fish Feed a couple of times a week; bought from Tractor Supply for $12.99.

And scoop them with a Frabill Bait net; bought from Sportsmen's Warehouse, on sale at 50% off, for $7.92.

I've had 3 pounds of minnows, thanks to jigflinger, in the tank for six days and lost 8 minnows. This includes a couple of fishing trips that I dumped the unused bait back in the tank.
