Dover area

I am heading to the Dover area on Friday with a couple friends. I have never been there.

Are the fish moving up shallow yet? Are they in the river, or bays, or creeks? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Some black crappie have started moving back. Any visible cover at the mouth of the creeks are producing some fish. 1/8oz jig and slip bobber seem to be the bait of choice. Some friends went a couple of weeks ago and caught several fish. Then the rains came but the water conditions have improved now. Hope this helps let me know if I can be any more help to you. I know that area pretty well.
