Fish livers?

I was walking past the tv and Andrew Zimmerman, the weird foods guy, was eating some kind of fish liver. Anybody ever tried a crappie liver?

I used to take chicken livers and convert them into catfish fillets!!!:biggrin

I'm thinking it would take a bunch to make a mess and think you might burn em up trying to get em cooked. You figure out how to get em cooked and sure try em. Just don't put em next to them chitlins:yikes

I've thrown away lots of livers and caviar in the last couple of weeks. I bet the Japs would eat them.
