Have been considering getting a lake house where I can stay to fish on the weekends. Just want to get some advice. Which lake would be the centralmost point? I found a nice little place near Sardis, which is close enough to Enid to drive in the mornin. Are the homes cheaper around any one lake than the others?
All depends on what you want. Fixer upper move in ready yard or no yard. I have seen them from 5,000 to 150,000 around sardis and enid. Heck Atm looked over a yr before he bought. He can give more advice then me.

Sardis or Enid would be my choice. We stay at Sardis and drive to Grenada to fish a lot of times
i know of one for sale at enid now.
Get a camper or motor home.
There is a bunch for sale at Enid...That puts you halfway between Sardis and Grenada.....Google Enid Real Estate then narrow it down to Lake houses or cabins. I have been looking at a lot of them on-line they have pictures of them inside and out.
I spent a good deal of time looking at sardis homes, they seem to be a little high, but some were on the water. I don't mind fixing one up, I just don't want to buy a money pit. Want enough yard to build a boat storage, but don't care to spend all weekend mowing grass
Mr. Jim, as high as diesel is, towing a camper and a boat every other weekend would get so dang expensive, I would have to live in the camper permanently
Mo the one at Grenada fits that bill to a T, just gonna be a little far from Sardis. EZ has the info I think if it is still available.
I have some family that lives right on the lake at grenada... Grenada would be closer to home, but just not the other lakes. Not against it, but have some major decisions to make before I do anything.
