Beaver - March 20

A little slower today, but they moved a little deeper than yesterday. Got em in 16 FOW right on the bottom fishing next to the war eagle river bed. Ended up with 11. No pictures, was cold and wanted to get them cleaned. Had one just over 2lbs another 1.7. The rest were right between half a pound and three quarters. The wind today about blew me off the lake. I fought for those 11. Could have had more but I could not see the light bight on the rod tips in that wind. Had to sit and stare at all the lines. That is hard to do with 6 poles out.

I know RL Crappie was out there today. I am curious if he caught any, and if he has been blown half way to New York!

Kent, I was out there and fished hard for nine fish. I ended up leaving about 4:00 the wind was brutal. I am sorry I missed you hopefully we can meet up some other time.
