Father/Daughter (17 Mar 13 Lake Talquin)

Father/daughter went fishing this morning to our regular spot. The bite was unreal and some good fish were caught. Lots of fish in the creeks but we are still fishing the long channel from the Iron Curtain to past Bell Lake. JJ hated to leave this morning but with laundry to do, race to watch, and then to the whip for a steak.

I know that exact spot. I caught my limit there friday morning. Great pics Hooker.

A perfect today after the rain this morning. Went out about 11:00 after Hardee's and with little wind the bite was pretty good. The first fish of the day was 16 inches and weighed 2lb 4 oz. That was JJ biggest perch ever...
