From listening to the Corps folks at the Barkley Dam meeting recently, seems they could care less about fishing ANYWHERE that they manage.
That North wind has just about everyone blown off of Bear Creek Bay yesterday..
We got there at 3:30 and I only saw about 4 boats total before we got blown off also...:(
About the only positive to yesterday's short fishing trip was finding few new brushpiles and stakebeds...

Was the water to low or was it because of all the logs and debris?
I feel your pain the horn is my favorite EKY lake and they don't start holding water usually until April 15
It was a bad combination water so low you could see the bottom of the gates and a debris field you could walk across,and I should have said Buckhorn Lake just always refer to it as Buckhorn.
Boo Buckets look good but I don't seem to find any fish on them...I'm looking for Dean's stakebeds...:yikesQuote:
