100% proof Big H is bad luck

So the big came over to the house yesterday evening to pick up a FF for Big C. On the way to work this morning I crossed the rr tracks and bam
sounded like the exhaust manifold came off and the drive shaft shucked. Well NKF. Called the wife told her to meet me at the shop cuz I need to get on a few conference calls with work. Now keep in mind he wasn't at the house any longer than 5 minutes and his feet barely touched my yard.
Ended up it blew a spark plug plumb out of the head NKF. No big deal except I have to have a shop do it cuz I am covered up at work. I must say though that 5.4L is stout--it made it 273k on ORIGINAL PLUGS:biggrin Big C--since Big H has touched that FF I offer NO WARRANTY AT ALL.

I still have to say I got a good deal--told the guy at the shop what I paid (different shop) and he looked at me like I was lying--he said you got a heck of a deal even if you gotta do some work--as long as I keep Big H away--should be good to go:)

If I were you I would get somebody to steam clean that truck...inside and out ....maybe that would wash away some of the bad juju

Best find a priest to do a lot of prayin over it too.

Hey now--I like fords--just taking a while to warm up to one previously owned by Big H:)

Don't worry about that bad plug, heck you got 9 more!

You might get better gas mileage considering you prolly have compression on that cylinder now!Did the shop check the rest of the plugs or did you replace them all?

sorry about your luck kdavid, I am in trouble he suppost to come over and get a transducer for that ff maybe i will just send it to him UPS, already have had the curse put on me once dont need it again
