Pulled 14 out of the mud

It was a pretty good day today on Barren River Lake as I caught 10 and a couple-a gents from Louisville gave me another 4. I tried my usual haunt across the lake from the State boat ramp but they had too much mud to contend with to see my offering so I made a run to the old boat ramp on the back side of Peninsula Marina. They seemed to be in about 12' - 14' of water and the lake temp varied from 45 - 48 degrees. When I cleaned them, there were about 1/2 white and 1/2 black. No monsters but man were they ever fatties. Atip of the hat to the two gents from Louisville :ThumbsUp i'll put them to good use. Never drempt retirement was going to be this sweet.

Good job Russ, saw where Barren is on the rise again and pulling over 3600. Gonna be muddy again for a while.
