A friend and I went to Beverdam today, finally some light winds and good temps! WT was @ 48 and water was stained from recent rains but still had 1.5' visabilty. We sunk a few minnows under slip bobbers and while fish were not jumping on lines I did land 11 crappie and 1 pickeral. As usual during trips, I lost a large fish at boat, but never saw it. (it didn't fight like crappie, think it was big pickeral) Brought home 5 over 11" to eat. Going again tomorrow! It was just plain great day to be on water!!
