Fished from the boat slips at the resort , not even getting a bite fished there early . went to the wall at sailboat harbor and caught some small crappie . Left about 9:30 am . Fished Horseshoe lake in Granite city and started catching med crappie about 2:00 . Watched some guys fishing for Carp and Buffalo catching some big ones ...... LOL
2 hours and you're at Kentucky lake!!! Just sayin!
Yes I know and I really want to get down there and fish , about 3 hours from home . How r they hitting there and is it early morning or afternoon ?
With this weather pattern you just never know what time of day is best. If you can plan a whole day stay that'd be best. Fishing tomorrow afternoon so i'll let ya know about the afternoon as I usualy fish mornings.
