Lowrance HDS-5x Pros vs Cons

Does anyone have this unit? If so do you like or dislike. Can you get temp and speed for this one? Thanks for any advice.

You can add a paddlewheel speed sensor to read trolling speed. It should be a good unit, but IMO GPS is as important as sonar for crappie fishing. Unless you plan to add Structure Scan later, the Elite 5 with a $100 rebate right now is a better choice.
