Curiuos if anyone has done any good on the three wire A-Rigs trollin or what not...
I bought two last year and guess I was going too slow with my troll ,lost both in about 15 minutes without having a bite..I guess I will stick to losing one jig at a time.
I saw two guys over at Guntersville,Al on Town Creek fishing them and they were doing real good with that rig.
Yeah seems costly to drag one out the back of the boat.. Plus they are hard to get to track straight up and down.
We do not troll them but cast or jig them in the top of deep brush piles or standing trees. The trick to balance them is by using a 1/8 oz or 3/16 oz head on the middle wire and smaller weights on the outer wires like a 1/16 oz or 1/32 oz. We have also been using litewire hooks and Prowepro line to straighten out the hooks. We have caught a lot of fish on them espically when it is windy on our lake 10-20 mph no way to fish a 1/32 or 1/16 oz jig!!!
