BUGTUSSEL: Unloaded there yesterday and as EB stated its rocky. End of ramp is at waters edge and the rocks start. Size of rocks are about grapefruit size and larger. Just be careful and back into water slowly. Be sure to leave motor tilted more that usual when loading. I didn't have any real loading or unloading issues but the watew is shallow in the 3' to 6' range all the way to the channel North. One more note I ran from the Bucks and Gaines area to North of Blocker Bridge area yesterday and if you follow the channel you will have no problems. I did venture out of it a few times and ran into some 4' to 6' DOW between Massy Point and Blocker Bridge. Between Bugtussel and Coal Creek again follow the channel cause it gets shallow in several places. Tried to get into Coal Creek yesterday and made it without any problems til I got within a 100yds of the bridge. I tried several approaches and ran into 1' or less water with the trolling motor and went aground. I just didn't want to remove what Shoreline Fiberglass had just replaced, so I didn't make it into Coal Creek. I saw truck and trailors at Crowder Ramp, and Rock Creek West.
Juniper Point North Ramp is broken and out of the water..BAD....Ranger
