As yall know I picked up a F250 this weekend from our little Debbie mascot (jk) well it REALLY needed new tires so I started shopping. Every where I checked they wanted two arms, two legs, and a first born child. Since I'm not pulling a horse trailer I ended up getting 8ply cheap tires (60,000 milers) for about half of what a 10ply would have been. Needless to say I now can tell this truck chassis wise is in fine shape.

I've got one KDavid, that V10 is strong. Mine is an '04 with less than 80,000 on it. Got some bf Goodrich a/t's on it, they ride good but cost some frog skins.
Yep. This one is a 2000 with 5.4l with 4.10 gears 273k on it. The tires on it were one size too big. I had to go with just LT tires but should do and it rides like brand new nowQuote:

Glad you got some skins on the truck. The other ones were kinda worn. I have 285/70/17 on my truck and got them from Gateway. Best price I could find anywhere. Needless to say they cost several long-wheel based $10s for sure.
