Bnm brush cutter jig pole

Been lookin at the brush cutter by bnm to pull those bigger fish out of the tops this yr. Anybody have any experience with this rod? Pros, cons? Thanks in advance

Ask eagle 1 I know he uses them for thick brush.

I have a 12ft older model. To me it seems pretty heavy to try to jig fish all day. Think the new camo model may be just a bit lighter. I use mine as a spare for spider rigging and can't tell any difference in it and my PST poles.

A little too heavy and too stiff for me....I like the BnM Sam Heaton a lot better.

they are great for fishing in thick brush . extremly stiff . cuts down the running under the boat problem (a big fish rod) . it feels a little heavy i think because of the stiffness( will tire the wrist because you wrist is coping with no flex ) . mine doubles as a bream buster . some don't like them and I perfer my ss sam heaton's but it's always in the boat when/if I need a heavy action rod .

I have the SSS rod for a primary but I would like a litter stiffer rod for a backup. The bigger fish had that super sensitive bowed over pretty bad while trying to get em out. Id like a rod with just a little more backbone. I appreciate the input guys I think I might have to pull the trigger on this. Who's got the best prices?

they are great jig poles and will do the job in the thick brush but beware they are really heavy

Iam going to get the grizzly elite for this jig season it's 12 foot and lighter than the Sam Heaton super sensitive and also has more backbone. It's designed like a fly rod and it also has a but you can put in it to rest the pole under your forearm. Looks and feels nice came out new last year.

I've been using a camo one since they came out,fishing in heavy brush.It's tough and I love it.Just boughy a second one.
