Which lake? I'm from Batesville also.
I live in Marion, but have 900 or so acres I lease outside of Bethesda. I would be curious of some crappie fishing in the area as well. Never fished that area, but would be nice to venture off during turkey season

I mostly travel off to fish. I haven't found any real good crappie fishin close. I drive down around Augusta and then back home to southeast AR for most of my fishing. Hawgdog, you live in a good area. I use to fish Dacus, Island 40, Horseshoe, and a list of other good places when I lived in Wynne.

I have seen that . Our lease is right on the other side of the river from the boat ramp....We usually drive down to the dam and look around, just never fished the river.[/I]Quote:
