Eagle. Did you have 7 acres vut out of the property? If so, then we have to verify a couple of the property corners AND tie down a section or quarter section corner. part of the new surveying laws. We also have to tie down the roads, any structure that's on the property and anything that may affect the boundary lines. 7 acres should have run you about (assuming it was fairly open along the property lines) around 1750-2000. It the property lines were real wooded, then add a 1000 bucks
what got me was it was completely enclosed by us . What difference if he was a little off ? It would be on us ! Add 200 dollars +tax and you are dead on . Where is your place ?Quote:
