Sorry I didn't take any pictures but they turned out pretty good. I may need a few more tries to perfect it, my patties were a little runny (might should have thrown in another egg to hold them together) but they tasted great! Another good way to use crappie fillets besides deep frying. Thanks Newly!
PS. I can't believe you didn't try to mix in a Krispy Kreme doughnut somewhere! :biggrin
We tried them the other night too, pic included . My wife did all the cooking, and they came out delicious!

Yes, I am from NY, but have a place in Elizabeth City, NC for the winter months, I love it down here, but the kids and grand kids are all in way upstate NY, it was 35 below up there last week
