Elite 5 dsi question

Im sure this has been answered in the 40 page discussion but thats alot of reading..haha

Does this unit show gamefish and the depths they are holding like a traditonal sonar or does it just show images of structure?

You have to learn what a fish looks like on the DSI. It is not an arch like a sonar return. It is often just a speck. If there is a school of fish feeding below you, you will know it is fish. If they are sitting suspended, you won't see much.
