Did you kill it, never ate wild hog but remember my uncle making homemade sausage and have never ate better. Course that was back in the 40's when any meat was not normal fare for my family but regardless it was fine fine. Sure did like to visit my uncle when school was out, he and my aunt were a lots more well off than we were.
