why do you need the water ?
I would think the water would separate from the oil
Sounds good but too much work for this old man, I put a couple of drops of Anise oil on a cotton ball and place in small plastic bag with my plastics-usually works for me, also tried shad oil but mixed reviews.
Cod Liver Oil....couple drops in the plastics and there ya go. Try it mixed with worm oil. Pure, soluable, fish scent. $5.00 for an 8 ounce bottle at any pharmacy.
I dip my jigs in Buckwheat's can of busch lite and one whiff and them crappie come and jump in the boat..........
It will all disolve in the oil....matter of fact you do not even have to heat it up.....the heating just makes it faster.....the salt and the garlic salt etc. will disolve overnight usually. just shake it up good every now and then.
it sounds good enough to make goulash :Rofl
