I have used them for the past year. I have 2 each 12,10,8fters. I just replaced them with bnm pst 16',12',&8"ers. For the $ you cant beat the HT . I have had them hang up and bend over double and never broke one. Also landed 4-5 lb catfish with them. I dont know how many eyes they have ,but I do know not as many as the bnm rods. They are fiberglass and a little heavier than a graphite rod. I longline troll 99% of the time so not sure about the sensitivity part. I chose the HT rods because I was just starting out trolling and the price was so cheap. When I ordered them from Monkscrappie Mr.Monk pointed out that a replacement tip section for a bnm cost more than an entire HT rod. I hope this helps you out.
Thanks jonboatfisher. All I needed to know.
I bought 2 14 ftrs at the fisharma last yr in Perry for cheap and they were great for the price but ny prob I can't find em to get 2 10s an 2 12s anywhere I tried to get the company I got them from to ship but they gave me the run around maybe I can find em this yr at fisharama I'm like you Jon boat I'd live some bnm to troll wt but to pricey
I've used them for years. For trolling and spider rigging they are fine. Too heavy and not sensitive enough for jigging.
Ok thanks guys
