I forgot to take pics of the annual feast. Put 2 butts on the rottisere, Messican cornbread, black eyed peas, Budda beans, fried chicken, mashed taters n grave and cabbage. That's my group of friends annual New Year's Day feast. I'm hurtin right now
Dang don you cooked a full coarse meal.... I just threw something quick but tasty..lol
Where the heck's the meat in the stew? :dono Don't know about supper here, had a late breakfast with jigflinger this AM on the way back from Memphis. Oh, and 3/4 of a box of peanut butter/chocolate cookies shortly after:biggrin.
Thought about crackin' open a can of Spam last night, but had ham and beans instead, so this evening might be Spam night (butter fried with cheese and topped with horseradish for a sammich), and maybe a batch of salty french-fries to go along with it.
Meats striped out in thin pieces hard to see in pic. But it is good on a cold day.... Have not had any fried spam since I was a kid. Wife doesn't like it so its out.lol
good golly Neon and DD won't be able to get out of the house for awhile
I may be skippin' supper....just ripped-open a 2nd box of cookies, and their survival rate isn't looking good.
