Those are some nice ones!!..Talquin Maggie had a couple of those Pigs yesterday also just up from where you caught those at...3:00 to 4:15 was a pretty awesome bite!!
Not bad for 6 rods, next trip were going to try 8. All those lines keep getting tangled up. Wonder what the count would of been if either of us knew what a net was.....
I was fishing 5 rods single jigged. Tim I left them biting about 3:30 the wind was too annoying. I got there just after you as you know. I lost a BBIIIIGGGG one when I let the net touch his tail......he left and was seen no more. :yikes
28-30 ft water was where I found them. They were really liking a 2.5" black with green tail jig and a bubblegum.
The channel is 30-40 ft deep. The open water is typically 15-25 ft deep. Lots of areas less than 15 ft deep. Of course the creeks get shallower.
Dang nice pool of water! So do yall use BIG rocks or LONG fuses on yer boom lures?
They tie 14 jigs together, then drop em down and act like they're tryin to snatch loose from a snag till they get one,
then say they're biting on blue, gold, green, bubblegum, etc, etc, etc .... :Rofl:Rofl:Rofl
The pictures tell the tale!!!!
