Hello ,I saw a ball head jig (some kind) with a swivel slid on the hook some where in these pages but can't seem to run it down now. What are your thoughts on this and does it work??? If someone could give me swivel size and head and hook sizes it would be appr.. Setting up north without any ice and I'm getting bored need something new to make up his winter. Thanks ahead of time !!! STEVE

May have to squeeze the eye a bit to get a small swivel onto the hook.
hmmmmm I think you mean ScottV on the MS OT board. ScottV ties the jigs and SteveJ wears all the different hats lol
yep that would prolly be scottv on ms board
Might also do a search for belly spinners.. the can be purchased on many different head styles
I've done it with #10 swivel on 1/0 hook in 1/8oz ball head. Slide swivel up to head and figure 8 thread around to hold in place then seal with super glue. Works good.
Here is a few I have tied up. They work really well dipping standing timber in stained to muddy water.
