That is posted private property. Lots of guys go in there tho...If you do you can be cited. LOL Question is do you take the chance as many do without incident to catch some slabs... or will this be your unlucky day with the AGFC. It's tempting I know. Really hard when you see the tresspassers catching the heck out of em and your on the legal side twiddeling your thumbs. LOL
As well they should, private property that is posted properly is legally binding. The law is the law. If a person takes the risk and gets caught and gets a citation they deserve it. It really ain't no different than not counting your fish and getting caught at the ramp with one more than you are supposed to have when you take your boat out.
I thought if you could boat there, as long as you weren't touchng bottom, or out of the boat it were legal and all.
How can you post a waterway that is navagatable?
I think they are talking about bank fishermen, walking upstream from the bridge.
Can you get there with a boat? I was told you could not.
