Sunday Country Cheese Burgers
Country Cheese Burgers:
Grands Buttermilk Biscuits / honey butter glazed
1.5 lbs lean chuck
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/4 sweet onion diced fine
1 tbsp seasoning salt
Put biscuits in oven then do the rest.
Mix and make 8 patties thin. Cook high heat
Brush melted butter / honey on biscuits after baking.
Cut biscuits, add patty and cheese......eat
Start to finish 20 minutes, great for football TV. I like RC so thats what I drink with it. I promise these rock instead of using hamburger bun.
