Funny, but not sure it is true. Having owned several RVs I don't know of any way he could have accessed the black water(sewer) tank from the outside. The only access is through the drain pipe and he would have gotten more than a mouthful if he opened that. Any of you RV owners see how he could have actually done this.:scratchhead
