Catering a party - Southaven, MS area

I'm planning a surprise party for my wife's 50th B'day in the middle of Dec. and I'm wanting to have the food catered. The party will be held at our church where we have plenty of room for everyone and I don't necessarily have to have them come cook, serve, clean up, etc. although that is a possibility. If I can order the food then go pick it up and bring it back to the church, we've got friends that will help with the setup/teardown. I'm looking to spend $4-$7 a plate and am planning on about 50-60 people to attend. Does anyone have any ideas about a good caterer in the Southaven, Olive Branch, Hernando area? I've thought about BBQ but it seems like that is always what is done and I'd like to do something a little different. Any ideas?
