How do you get there from tapatalk

From main forum page. Under off topic in section with hunting

Go to main OT then look....its a sub forum there

Just tried it on my phone and didn't see a way to get there either.

I got it

Just go to the index page and click your phone on Off Topic.....Then select MS WOT from the sub forum list.

Found it. What are the rules there?
