Double Time
We had both boats going the past couple of days. The Hawker group was in town and the Bee had a full schedual. We managed a average couple of days with catches from short trips of three to eight fish. A number of missed fish along the way. A lot of kids getting some fishing time in the last couple of days and the elusive big rainbow is still out there for the Hawker bunch to catch. The green flasher fly on dipseys and pumphandles was most productive and the orange and acid spot colors on the surface. Action was a little slow and the fish hitting the cooler depended on if all the fish on made it to the boat. That said, there are still some fish out in the lake to be caught. Cool water and a larger die off of alewife may have slowed things down.
