What length of jig pole do you use and does it vary on how you are fishing. I have a couple of 10' rods that I use regardless of the situation but am still fairly new to crappie fishing.

General rule on pole length..... The shallower and clearer, the longer the pole needed. Jmo......
I really like my 11' Ozark Jig Pole
I fish average most days 6 to 9' of water. Use a 12' pole with 10' of line out. That way I can fish top to bottom and still enough rod to bring in the fish!
When you say jig pole i assume you are talking about vertical jigging? 11' is a good all around length for me, but different situations may call for a 10', 11' or 12' rod. Use the longest rod you can afford for spiderin. It has been explained to me that the further you can get your bait from the boat, the more fish you catch.

I spider rig and use 13' rods out over the trolling motor so as not to get line in the motor and 10' rods on the outter rod holders. I use a four rod system.Attachment 104211
ozark 11 ft jig pole and ozark 14 ft trolling poles!!!!!!!!!!!
I use 11'. Honestly don't know what brand it is because it's two different poles put together lol:
I like my Ozark 11' rods for vertical presentations, I prefer a 12' rod for spider rigging. And if I am casting a jig under a cork I like my Ozark 8' rod. Ozark rods are some of the best crappie rods I have used, I have used several brands, Ozark gets my vote hands down. Donald/ Conway is your Ozark rod connection, give him a shout cause he can hook you up.
