Rees, that meat in the sink looks aweful white to me for deer meat. Whats the secret?
Soak it in salt water to take the blood out of it, also I freeze mine in water just like I do my fish, seems to stay fresher.
How long you soak it?
Depends, maybe overnite maybe a few hours, some is bloodier than others because of situation when killed.
