Wes, I tie Marabou, Craftfur, Bucktails, and Kiptail, also I have gotten into injecting soft plastics which is neat because I can make a pile of non laminates in a short time. White Pearlescent has been hot lately I also mix in hardener which allows me to catch 25+ on one bait. And cooking Shad scent in with the batch. As far as hairjigs goes yesterday the ticket was a White Artic fox hair jig with a 2 strands of krystal flash and a red thread neck.
Russell How bout that guy in the black vest and chaps trotting along on the horse? That was rather out of place and comical.
Not sure jig color makes much difference on that lake but glad you had some fun. Let me know when you find the 1.5lb'ers and bigger and I may head out that way again.
