The Last fishing trip of the 2012 season

We ended the 2012 fishing season going 6 for 12 with a mix of kings, a brown and lake trout. We had a short afternoon trip almost pull in a grand slam but only found 3 of the 5 species. There still is plenty of action off the piers and fishing the shallow water with J-plugs, with new schools of fish moving in. The Willie Bee will be stored away this weekend, but there are a couple of boats still available. We had one of our best catching years this year, with a surprising early start with excellent salmon action in May and June followed with it being the best time of the season.
