Brings Back
Yesterday my Mother-In-Law sent me something, it belonged to Pop, my FIL, and he carried it all the time when he wasnt working. Brought back alot of memories for sure, I trully miss him, especially on days like yesterday. He had the patience of Job, this is something I am really having to learn and grow to crappie fishing, before last summer I would have been long gone to the house after fishing 4 hours without a crappie but I stuck with it. I think he would have been proud.
Anyways, here it is, maybe not a lot to some but a treasure to me.

My grandfather was a minister. During his last week on this earth he realized his time was short. He had one of these pocket watches that he carried every day. He told me that pretty soon he was gonna take a trip. He wouldn't need this watch any more and wanted me to have it while he could still give it to me. I have that with his flag that was presented at his funeral(he was in the battle of the Bulge), his dog tags, and one of his Bibles he ministered out of. When I saw your picture, It really hit home. I'm sure your FIL would be proud you had it.
