Quick Milford Trip after Work!
On the water just before 6, slip bobber and minnow in the water less than 30 seconds = 12" crappie! This is going to be a good night! Rebait and put the bobber back out, cast a roadrunner with my other pole and start hopping it back, bam the bobber disappears, drop the pole with the roadrunner and set the hook on the bobber pole, in comes a 10" crappie and as I'm taking it off the hook to release my other pole withe roadrunner is dancing up and down, reel up, its a walleye, grab the net and net him but he's only 17" so he went back! Next cast of the roadrunner and bam 14" crappie!
Long story short I ended up catching 2 blue cats a 4lb and an 8lber, 14 crappie, a walleye and a couple of whitebass! My buddy caught about 8 crappie a small channel catfish and a couple of small whites! We kept 6 nice crappie between 12" and 14"
I can't wait for the morning!!!
