Did a little smokin yesterday before the storms rolled in. Cooked 6 slabs of Baby Backs and some chicken.Coated that meat the night before with my "Gonna have to kill you rub".Smoked it over about 225 to 250 degrees.Turned out pretty good. Had corn on the cob, mac salad, potato salad with it,and a cold Spudweiser!!!Homemade Lemon Pound Cake and icy cold watermelon later.A long time later!!!My son and I got it done before the rain got there.
