peel em off every time, then rub down with mustard, then rub in some dry seasoning. if you don't pull that membrane you gonna have some tuff ribby's.......
Add smoke n cook slow n they gonna be good. Debating on what to cook later myself. Kinda got a hangover from shuckers last night. Lol
