I believe it applies even if they just have a warehouse in your state. I rarely order from Cabelas, but it was nice to have the no tax offset the shipping costs when I did happen to order from them.
I am glad for the folks in Rogers. But, why there?

I agree the shipping seemed high from them but the no sales tax definitely made it easier to order from them.
NWA is the happening place in the state. A lot of money in that corner of the state.
