Adding pics to your album?

I tried to add some pics to a new album. But it only brings up a black blank screen? Anyone else having this issue.

my old outdated computer would not show most of the pics that I, or anyone, tried to post, either. I used to have to view and post pics from my smart phone. heck, I didn't even know we had avatars untill I got a new phone! Lol! (I am a little behind the rest of the world!) now that I have a new puter I see all the pics! and it makes it easy for me to bug you guys with mine, hehehe.
