I got away from the noodles also. Bought some plastic do-dads, they work really well. Gator and BRM use em too. Gator had a link where to get them cheap, but I can't remember name of the place.

Jimfish I just hope you get those hid in the boat before the Wife see her stuf full of tackle:yikes. Great idea though.
I use that plastic cardboard looking stuff. I cut it to fit a sandwich bag. Notch the edges where the holes are. Spin the leader on one notch at a time. Each will hold 2 or 3 leaders.
