I was fishing today and could see the flames and smoke from Nimrod Lake! Please pray to keep everyone safe. Wind is strong and pushing the fire! I was catching fish and wind blew my boat around , was shocked to see the big fire. Flames were visable several times as it crossed Ola Mountain.
Dry as everything is, it may not stop until it gets to the Cadron! Will send one up for those in the path of the fire, and for the firefighters.

Heard on the radio that AHTD was bush hogging the road side and that's what started the fire. :bash As dry as it's been what could need mowing?
Went to Conway this afternoon to visit my daughter and saw the smoke as we were coming into town, thought it might be close to y'all. Hope everyone stays safe
Well I been wanting to go to Nimrod for awhile now. Got a call when I got in from chuirch tonight, looks like I get to go tomorrow and work on the fire at Ola, sounds like the crews need some rest. We did pray for the residents being affected and for the safety of the firefighters tonight and I hope ya'll are doing the same. Thanks.
