Wow! I've never heard of a beaver attack before either. It's gotta be rabid.
It says the beaver was killed by a BB gun--it must have been a powerful one. I wonder what kind. I need to take care of the squirrels that keep trying to get in my attic!Quote:

Never thought a beaver would attack someone.
Had a muskrat attack me on a golf course once. Fortunately I had my driver in my hand.
Shot a beaver one time with 9mm at close range right between the eyes. Really whizzed it off. Had to finish the job with mt .260. Heck of a BB gun.

Fairly quiet, don't know about beavers -- but will take out tree rats & wild cats,very nicely ;)
